We look outside of the industry: Where are the exciting successes and innovations that might relate or translate to something valuable for this client? How can we apply those strategies? (i.e. If our client is a hotel, we might look at airlines or even shoe companies that are succeeding). Keeping on top of the Web World, even when not working on a specific project, we’re always asking ourselves where has innovation and excitement occurred? For example, how Uber transformed getting a ride has relatable applications well beyond transportation. Using case studies, we determine whether we can use some form of that innovation and successes as a springboard for our clients.
