Rosa Loveszy and her parents surprised me earlier this month with a visit to the studio on their vacation drive cross country. We enjoyed a lovely...and long...lunch reminiscing about our times together and Rosa's great talent and energy (she was one of the High School of Art and Design students who painted the hallways of Andaz 5th Avenue with us several years ago).
I’ve been graced with friends circling the globe and every trip affords time to visit them and to indulge in the palate and; palette of their culture. If I’m in New York, London, or Beijing, my meter revs up to keep time. But even in these adrenaline rushed metropoles, there’s always time for tea….
