Ning has been with us for quite some time now — more than six years! She is a perfect example of the studio’s most valuable assets — our relationships — flexible and long term — in house or long distance.
It does takes a while for people to settle in to our studio. There are many areas of business and design to understand and master. Many time zones. Many types of projects and clients. One must (of course) be intelligent, responsible, communicative, open to new ideas, kind...and quick on your feet! But if the person loves it, they become family and usually stay a while ; )
Finding such multi-talented and faceted people — and keeping them in the fold — requires flexibility and adaptability on our part as well. So when Ning felt the calling back to her home in China, we made it not only "work", but it's turned out to be a win-win for all.
