Nothing is left to chance.

We love to work with photographers, writers, printers and artists of all kinds — who have a passion for their craft. We need them to be willing to perform at an unusually high level because new ideas may demand that we invent new and interesting ways of delivering a singular brand identity.

For 15 years we've relied on Tony Toven and his Clear Image Printing Company to match wits with us. In recent years, Tony has helped with our rebranding of The Beverly Hills Hotel and Grand Del Mar Resort. We know he has helped us make good on our spoken and implied promises to clients. Recently, a reporter asked him what it was like working with us.

"You've really got to know what you're doing when you print Robert and Regina's designs. You have to love the challenge and be willing to stretch. A lot of care goes into the process. And that makes our team better. Not only have we gotten better, our name is better known as a printer who has the capability to take on finer, more complex projects.

"You need challenge to improve. If you do the same old routines, you're just an average printer. When we show print samples from Louey/Rubino Design Group or IMAGE: Global Vision or Robert Louey Design/Pagenova projects, we pick up a lot of new work. It becomes a sales tool because of the superb quality.

"Robert and Regina and their entire team are very involved. We're not surprised when they come for a press check at our plant. Nothing is left to chance. Regina makes sure the colors are perfect. She gives final approval and makes final adjustments before we go ahead and run the full order.

"Sometimes we might question why we're doing things a certain way. When they did The Grand Del Mar identity system, we printed the whole identity package. After installation, we were invited to the hotel. It was an amazing experience. When you see the final result and the quality of the work in its intended environment, you appreciate the design in new ways and understand so much more about the hotel business. You also think to yourself, 'We were involved in all this.' It's great to feel so connected."
