So the question is, if you have different input and ideas coming from people with diverse backgrounds, how do you synthesize everything into the kind of inspired solutions expected from IMAGE: Global Vision? The way Regina Rubino accomplishes this is by first bringing together creative minds with a broad spectrum of experiences and intellectual backgrounds then encourages a culture of contribution. The entire group is involved from the planning stages, keeping in focus what’s important, the elements. Then we adapt our individual perspectives to the relevant information and challenges discovered in the research phase.

Regina isn’t simply compiling and assembling information, the determinate challenge is to give it a coherency. It all comes down to her voice as an author to take all the contributions and give them that lyrical line, making the final presentation coherent, dynamic and exciting.

As a result of her encouraging environment, where people feel free to explore a multitude of possible solutions to design and strategic branding challenges, we are able to elevate our creative voices. Not every big design company asks for that high level of aesthetic and technical competence, and they don’t typically request that their team members draw upon their personal history, as Regina does.

The team isn’t always the same people. So IGV’s work takes on a different timor with each new client. Regina hand selects each person who is going to be involved — then gauges their overall interest and participation. That’s how she determines who is going to lead a project.

The opportunity to work with Regina and IMAGE: Global Vision allows me to draw from a broader bed of intellectual resources, to learn from others, and truest to my nature… to teach.
