A fresh bloom, a cut-out paper heart or a chocolate. Rainbows. And a Smile.

"Everybody in the studio maintains respect, is polite and trustworthy.
Everyone is always willing to help.”
      ~ Heather Murray

Heather is at the core of the studio and continually takes the ambient temperature of everyone in the office. She’s aware of completion dates and is keyed into the pressures that anyone might be under at any given time. Taking the time to offer everyone tea, or water, or a bit of humor (if engaging is what will keep the flow going in a positive way)… Heather also knows the flower shop is just downstairs, if she feels like a fresh bloom or a cut-out paper heart will lift someone’s day. (Heather is a floral designer. In our little studio, everyone is creative ; )

We extend our well-mannered manner to every aspect of our day and each encounter. Whether emails, phone, texts, design, meetings, or ordering lunch. The objective is to make everyone happy and comfortable.

When we have visitors [whether clients or vendors], we want them to know that they are welcome and important. We know our guest's names, they’re properly greeted, we introduce everyone, offer them drinks, and do anything we can to help them segue into a relaxed state of mind. This usually includes making certain that they have a moment to see that their personal needs are attended to before the meeting, or covering their parking meters outside for longer meetings. When they enter the conference room, they will typically find fresh fruit or pastries or a few chocolates, in case they’re a bit hungry.

“Taking care of people’s unstated needs and desires in a meeting setting,
let’s them know we will also understand, care about, and see to
their professional objectives.”

Our success hinges on creating brand awareness. It’s paramount that we create images that stand out and are liked and accepted by all that we touch. This is the same premise that guides our interpersonal behaviors and we pride ourselves in being preeminent in the field of branding… in every “manner” of speaking.

Good people, extolling the virtues of good energy.
